The Silver Jubilee of the very popular Margazhi Maha Utsavam is celebrated this year. The series of concerts include a two-day musiCarnival and special concerts.

As in the past, the concerts are thematic.

Kartik Fine Arts Festival 2024

Celebrating a grand Golden Jubilee year, Kartik Fine Arts  presents a month-long December festival from Dec. 1, 2024 to Jan. 3, 2025

The venue is Nadara Gana Sabha, TTK Road, Alwarpet, Chennai -18 till Dec. 12, 2024.

From Dec. 13, 2024, the festival moves to Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, East Mada Street, Mylapore, Chennai - 4.

As part of the events, Natya Darshan, a two-day dance festival will be held on Dec. 14 & 15, 2024. Lecture demonstrations and performances by leading artists and groups are scheduled during these two days.

The events and concerts at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Mini Hall during the day are open to all and not ticketed. The evening concerts and dance recitals at the main hall are ticketed events.

The 5th Edition of Marghazhi Matram, presented in collaboration with Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan,  commemorates the 5th anniversary of SciArtsRUs. 
SciArtsRUs, a California-based non-profit organization, is dedicated to fostering inclusion and diversity. Its mission is to make science, arts, music, and their rich intersections accessible to everyone.

Mudhra Fine Arts Festival - From Dec. 1 to 29, 2024

Mudhra announces its 30th Year Fine Arts Festival, taking place from December 1 to December 29, 2024. This event will be inaugurated on December 1 at Vani Mahal Mini Hall at 4:30 p.m., featuring a special awards ceremony honouring contributors to the arts.
