Sri Parthasarathy Swami Sabha, a 114 year old sabha, decides to celebrate different paramparas of music and dedicate two full days to maestro 'Mandolin U Srinivas this season.
The Sabha, apart from the main festival at Vidya Bharathi, Mylapore which begins on Dec. 14, 2014, is presenting a unique 'Paddhati' Music fest from Dec. 3 to 11, 2014 at ARKAY Convention Centre, Royapettah High Road, Mylapore. This festival will feature various music parampara and will be a edutainment series.
The Sabha is also conducting the Global Music Fest on Jan. 3 and 4, 2015 as a tribute to 'Mandolin' U. Srinivas. This festival would focus on various young talents apart from instrumental maestros.
