  1. The academic sesson on 27 Dec 2010by Dr. Uma Maheshwari on 'Music in Divya Prandam' was highly informative. That the verses in Divya Prandams exist in the format of facilitating setting of ragas and these Pasurams when sung is much more God evoking were revealing and very useful. Any word in the vocabulary has nevertheless both the direct meaning and the impied ones Hence the length of discussion by experts on 'Raga' and 'Pann' seemed a little overdone. Further it would have been a good idea if the prayer song was also about God Narayana, the Parabrahmam, who was the center of the subject.
